Losing weight is fine. As long as baby is doing great and gaining. Baby doesn't gain a whole lot until the last tri mester. And not everyone gains a ton of weight during pregnancy. I lost 11lbs during the first tri and into the beginning of the second. And have only gained 13 1/2lbs so far and I'll be 35 weeks on Thursday.

It's common. I lost about 10 lbs the first trimester. I'm now 27 weeks and have only gained 9lbs. As long as the baby is growing as suspected you're fine

I lost 10 lbs in the first trimester due to nausea and food aversions. I'm now 5 months and only gained about 5 pounds. My baby is growing healthy.

Loosing weight in the first trimester is very common, it is from feeling sick all the time. I'm 9 weeks, haven't gained anything. I know many people that lost 10lbs first trimester. It is only a concern if you were underweight to begin with. If you were overweight then it is not a problem, lowers the risk of complications

In your first trimester it might be possible due to all the horrible symptoms you go thru like nausea and vomiting and loss of appetite but once your further along your symptoms tend to be either more mild or go away.

I've only gained 4lbs and lost them all when I got real sick with the flu. I keep telling my doctor I'm concerned about it but baby's healthy and looking great so he says its fine but since I'm already 28 weeks I should be putting on some weight.  How far along are you?
