what can I take!?!?
I have a sore throat runny nose n im 29 weeks

Lemon and honey water. Gargle with salt water. Use saline solution for your nose. Steam showers.
My Dr says i can use robitussin DM and cough drops and Tylenol
Warm water with honey and lemon juice to soothe your throat always helps me
It might be allergies I had the same symptoms before n thought I was sick but wasn't either way u can take benedryl it will work for cold or allergies just remember it can make u drowsy (good thing if ur having trouble sleeping) hope u feel better:)
