The only safe pain reliever when pregnant is acetominophen (Tylenol), or at least that's what I've been told.

If nothing else is working, ask your Dr for Fioricet. Cheap, prego safe, helps with migraines. Good luck!

Tylenol Pm is safe.. it can put you to sleep and ease down the headache... Had the same situation and my dr recommended it and it did really help.

I always like to try holistic remedies before I head for the medicine cabinet. Try laying down in a dark room with a cool, damp rag on your forehead and neck. If its not enough, try adding an icepack on top. Its the only thing that helped my pounding headaches.

Before id take anything then ask your doctor because what were you on last night.... may not be a good idea to take anything else. However try a bit of coffee for the caffeine

Tylenol extra strength. Water. And a cold, quiet, dark room

Chocolate. There's enough caffeine in there to open up the blood vessels and make you happy.
