what do ye think?? need opinions

Hey everyone so here's the story... I had the implant (Implanon)b taken out of my upper arm on June 10th and I was told we could start trying straight away as the implant never stopped an egg being released it just stopped it from getting fertilized. And the doc says that I should get my period within 6weeks, and to take a test if it didn't show.So we've been having sex every few days since  and ive been tracking everything on my phone. I've been having soft stools for the past three weeks (no change in diet) and I started spotting three weeks ago as well, just 4-5 drops per day for 5days, it was dark brown. I took a test on the 14th of July (5weeks after implement removal) and it was negative, that was last week, and since then I've had even more symptoms, sore breasts, light cramping under my belly button, tried, 2-3 light nausea spells (not enough to bring me to toilet) felt terribly hot, dizzy and nauseous this morning so I tested again first thing (clear blue digital) and negative again!! I was sure I was pregnant. Today marked the 6week mark, and I'm just wondering what every one thought, I know it's hard to argue with a negative test but I'm still not convinced that I'm not pregnant, any one agree with me or just think I'm being too ambitious ( got pregnant with my first baby within 6weeks of coming of the pill)

After I had my implant removed I had pregnancy symptoms and thought I was did a couple of negative tests and then my period came. I think it might be hormones settling down after having implant removed. I heard it is worse the longer you have had the implant in. Took us five months to get pregnant after having implant removed. Maybe wait a bit longer for your period to return and if it still hasn't come maybe get a blood test done.
