Oh and those little arm and hammer bags they make for dirty diapers.
I use my diaper bag like a purse and just toss in what I need for baby. Newborns it is my nursing cover, diapers, wipes, spare rash cream, change of clothes including socks and a extra blanket receiving kind. As baby gets older then you just add whatever you will need while out.
This was a good question to ask never seen this one before now I know what ill need in the upcoming weeks
I keep germ-x, wipes, diapers, pacifier, pacifier wipes, 2 extra onsies, 2 bibs, 2 swaddle blankets, a pair of socks, Johnson&Johnson face and hand wipes for baby that remove germs (just incase someone touches or kisses her) *Gas drops!* (they will save your life if she gets fussy and you don't know what's wrong) And sometimes gripe water.
And formula,if you're not breast feeding
For that age, I always have diapers, wipes, at least two changes of clothes (can be sleepers, but blowouts happen), a so other, bum cream, lip balm for me, nursing cover, burp cloth, swaddling blanket. I think that covers my necessities. If you're bottle feeding, stuff for that. A soother too.
Are you breast feeding? My dr said I couldnt pump until my daughter was a month old. If you're not breast feeding, then carry a container or nursery water, wipes and diapers. I didnt need a lot when my daughter was really new. Now she's 8 months and it's a whole new check list
