white discharge 36 weeks

I've been walking all day today been to the beach with the family..I'm suppose to be on bed rest because of my short cervix 1cmm at 28 weeks but I just had to get out and I'm 36 weeks so I figured it wouldn't hurt..now I came home and white discharge in my undies and a little pain in my vagina??help ladies I see my doc Tuesday..

yes ladies its mot mucus plug just normal discharge..doctor say it wouldn't be the white I described..baby is very low on my pelvic bone too she is ready and so is mommy..

Manda071214 thank you for you opinion but its not my mucus plug at all seen my doctor today mucus plug looks way different..its just what Asya1986 said its normal discharge..baby is doing great 6 pounds and I still got 4 weeks..:) no sign of labor yet..

First off if u were suppose tobe on bed rest, that exactlly wat u should be doing docs know if ur high risk so i would listen to them...but to ur question sounds like ur mucus plug

White discharge is a sign of a healthy pregnant cervix. Mucous plugs are maybe red or clearish.

Could be just part of your mucus plug. I am on bed rest also, 35 weeks, and have been slowly losing it forva week and a half. Sometimes will have a thin layer of it on my undies. I went to the docs last sunday bc I thought I was leaking and they confirmed I am losing pieces of my plug. I would be concerned if you had blood in it since thats most likely the "show" and a bigger sign labor is near.
