It doesn't matter how much exercise you so if you breast feed your breast are going  to change, as your ducts develop and breast tissue breaks down. Also when your breast become larger it can stretch the tissue and may make them look a little sag (however this is the part exercise can help with) you nipples with change colour slightly and may become slightly larger.... However breastfeeding you baby is not only super heathly for your baby it is also super helpful for you, lower risk of breast cancer, helps shrink your stomach afterwards, helps you burn the extra weight you put on during pregnancy (needed weight, everyone needs to gain a little). As well as I found breastfeeding amazing to connect with my baby, its a feeling you only get to have for a short while with your child.

Basically I feel all the positives out weight the slight sag or slight change in size of breast.

All the best in your adventure.

Hi there.  Well, yes.  They change.  Breast feeding breaks down breast tissue an that is why a lot of women are smaller or sag. Boo.  I would recommend doing light chest exercises with weights after you have your baby.  The nipple also changes and that can be size and color.  All for a good cause but my breasts definitely changed from breastfeeding. good luck

Ur breast will grow due to the pregnancy n the milk u will produce but once u stop breastfeeding they will go back to the size u had b4 pregnancy. On sagging. It depends on how well u take care of ur body. If u gain alot of fat not just weight during pregnancy well that will make them bigger and when u loose weight they may sag. But having a good exercise routine will help u prevent the sagging. This is my 3rd pregnancy n my boobs r still perky. But I exercise alot during pregnancy and after. Even if ur breathing sag a little right after delivery alot of push up will make them perky again.
