working out

I gained over 100 pounds with my first child 11 years ago this time around I am scared to eat don't get me wrong I eat for the baby but I nimble I'm so afraid to become high risk and gain weight I want myself and my baby to be healthy can I do cardio? Or what workout can I do with a good eating habit that will help me to maintain a lower weight?

Yes I was exercising but I over did it and wound up on partial bed rest. I kept my original heavy duty exercise plan. Now I am on just yoga, light yoga. I am only 27 week's.

I walk on the treadmill for atleast 35min to an hour squats and the stationery bike and eat your greens and fruits no fast food try and make yourself a fruit smoothie those are always yummy n add some spinach youll be fine good luck mommy
