Is it okay to workout in the 1st couple months of my pregnancy?

Yea I have been staying active but with me being high risk I can't do as much as I wished

Absolutely.   I'm 24 weeks and don't do as much at the gym as I used to but I go and walk on the treadmill for an hour at least 3 times a week

My doc told me it was OK to do cardio workoutsas long as my heart rate didn't go over 140. And no more than 5 to 10 lbs of u do weights

Anything your body is use to you can continue. Don't go from walking to weight lifting or hard core cardio.. But if you are a very active person you can definitely continue those activities. But make sure u mention it to your dr..

Ohh yes...as long as its not heavy workouts thts absolutely fine...if u still doubt it then its better to get second opinion from ur gynea.. Gud luck!!

Oh sure.  Unless your doctor tells you not to, it's healthy to keep up a fitness routine.  good luck
