I did honey and lemon in warm water. V also try emergen-c or airborne. They aren't medicines just extra vitamins and I took them when I was pregnant with my first.

Tea and honey, also if you are stuffed up maybe try sitting in the bathroom and let the shower run to steam up the room alittle. It helps me with my sinuses and i've had a cold for two Weeks and it helps with the cough. Also try sucking  on hard candy to help with cough or sore throat. And of course push alot of water

I like to drink some hot tea-becareful of what type of tea though, some herbal teas are not good for pregnant women. Also try Cold Eaze lozenges. They are natural zinc supplements that will help reduce the cold time. They usually work for me :-)
