Dr said I can continue as long as I feel ok doing it..I have taken it down several notches..I love to jump and can't really do that now. He said I need to check my pulse and keep it at or below 140 and I drink twice as much water than I did before I was pregnant. I had preterm labor with 2 of pregnancies but I started p17 shots my last pregnancy and it worked so I am doing that again. Also..fit pregnancy magazine lists zumba as a top five exercise program for pregnancy. Good luck!
I'm not pregnant yet, but when I become I want to stay active, I lost 50 pounds and recently gained back 17 so I'm hoping to loose 10 pounds before I become pregnant and stay healthy and excerising healthy. How much dd your doctor tell you you can do Zumba/exercise
