I got 2.39 blood test is there any possibilities to be pregnant and the ultra sound is not showing any thing but I have all the feeling of pregnant women.

What does 2.39 mean? What kind of blood test? More info would help. Are you talking about HCG? If your number is 2, that's incredibly low. But they don't usually put decimal points in those numbers so it doesn't look like an hcg reading. Ultrasounds can miss a baby very early on in pregnancy and all is fine. But sometimes it also is not. More info would be helpful.

Sorry it is Hormone Assay result that 2.39 but i have all the sign and feeling of pregnancy(Vomiting, Cramping, Headache and so on) but the ultra sound shows nothing, is it could be i went early or what please advice.
