2periods last month lasting 3days each very light.. Nothing so far this month

Jan12-14,Feb14-17,March12-14,April 7-9,May1-4,June15-17,July (don't remember) Aug11-14,Sept6-9,Oct7-9 & 28-1...my periods have been 3-4days long VERY LIGHT... Also my periods have always been right along with my friend about the time she ends I begin.. I had 2 last month.. So gar I have been sick,nauseous, irritated, depressed more, tired, just there... Now here I am 35 almost an worried... O was gonna try to give it to the end of the month to see ofy cycle changed but I m getting worried.. I an so unconfortable sleeping on my belly.... With my youngest son I took a test wiped was bleeding the rest was positive went to the er was having a miscarriage. Was told if I hadn't taken the rest I would have never known... 4 weeks later I get sick an told I am 5 weeks pregnant. My son was a twin.... HE SURVIVED....
