5 dpo cramping

I'm having cramping on my right side of my belly button and lower. Af isn't due for a week. I'm 5-6 dpo. I'm also sneezing a lot, sensitive nipples, mild lower back ache, and fatigue. The cramping bothers me when I cough. Almost feels like I did too many sit ups but I haven't been to the gym in weeks. What could this be?

Af= Aunt Flo. Dpo = days post ovulation and clomid is a fertility drug used to help ovulate regularly.

. Im at 6dpo now and wwhen.i.woke up my feet.hurted so bad to walk and for some reason my back.has been.hurting.the past two.days. ive had extra white cm to. And yedyerday my nose was a little.runny then it stopped

I'm crampy, white cm, stuffy nose, fatigue, heartburn, my temp has been up since ovulation, had a slight dip yesterday but it's back up, I'm also on clomid 5 mths now. I'm now 7 dpo. I just feel different this mth. No clue. Guess I'll have to wait out the week before I test.

The pain let up a bit today and I had a temp drop from 98.57 to 97.71, I hope it goes back up tomorrow

It doesn't hurt bad enough to be my appendix or something.
