Am I Pregnant? Took Plan B as directed but delayed period

Hi. I had sex with my bf on December 12th. (it was closer to midnight, so maybe the 13th). But We used a condom, it didn't break, and he did not ejaculate inside me. However, he did rub his penis against my butt ( he didn't have a condom on, this was during our foreplay stage. He did put it on during intercourse though) and I wasn't sure if there was pre-ejac on his penis or not. and he also fingered me but I also can't remember if there was pre-ejac on his fingers when he did. So 7 hours later (the next morning around 7:30am) after worrying so much about it I took a plan b. I took this during my fertile window, and I was due for ovulation in about 3 or 4 days. I was supposed to get my period on December 30th, and it is almost 2 days late. Could I be pregnant? I took the pill under 24 hours, and the condom didn't break and he didn't ejaculate in me... so I really took it as a precaution. HELP!! Also, during the foreplay stage, I was on top of him and he was wearing gym shorts and I was wearing sweats. He started getting some precum on his gym shorts and they leaked through and kind of got on my sweatpants but this was before we had full blown sex. Maybe I'm panicking too much??
also, does taking other meds like Flonase, robitussin, or claratin clash with the Plan B? I took these over the counter items about 2 weeks after taking plan b due to allergies.
