Am I Pregnant?

I am 20 years old, my periods have always been irregular and extremely painful until about a year ago when i started on the pill to help stop the pain. Since then they've been painless and perfectly timed. My boyfriend and I slept together without protection (probably 2 weeks ago, i dont remember the date) and my period was supposed to start 2 days ago. For just over a week, I have been really nauseous, I have thrown up twice. However I'm not sure if that was due to the medication I am on. I've also had cramps in my stomach, generally all around the abdominal area, diarrhea, some constipation and back/neck pain (but I always have this lol). I've also been extremely tired and fatigued. Now since my period was supposed to start, I've had the feeling you get when you get your period, but no blood. Only thick, white discharge... which I am aware is normal, only this time it's a lot more than usual. It's almost as if the discharge has replaced the period..? I might be over thinking. If anyone has any advice it is more than welcomed

So, when you say you didn't use protection, you must mean condoms as you were protected from pregnancy with the pill (which should be covering you if you take it correctly).  Women do not immediately get nausea with pregnancy, it normally happens in week 6 to 7 of pregnancy as hormones of the growing baby have to accumulate enough to cause the symptom.  I sincerely doubt you are pregnant.  If your period doesn't show in a day or two, take a HPT.  But remember, the hormone pills you take (BC) suppresses ovulation.  You only bleed due to the cycling of the hormones in the pill, it's not a true period after ovulation.  So, it's really doubtful that you conceived. But test to be sure.
