Am I pegnant?

I had protected sex a month ago and got my period on time for 5 days (it was pretty heavy so I'm not sure if it was implantation bleeding) and I recently had it 3 days ago. Lately I have been having a lot of back pain random cramping and watery discharge. Today I'm my back pain got worse and so did the cramps and when I went to the bathroom i saw a little bit of light blood. I have no clue what's going someone please help. (Not trying to be pregnant)

Implantation bleeding is spotting or very light bleeding. Heavy bleeding is your normal period. If you had your period a few days ago and you're still cramping, its normal. At least from my experience.

Thanks for your comment and I'm ovulating so I think it's ovulation pain, but I've never experienced it before.
