Am I pregant? I've been having weired symptoms

I've been having jitters back pain bloating and bad sharp pains in my lower back it hurts to sleep on my tummy on the lower abdomen been getting very moody and also I've been getting bad got flashed

Early pregnancy usually doesn't have symptoms.  When it does, they are very subtle and usually feel like you are about to get a period.  If you had unprotected sex, then take a test when your period was due or now if it is past due.  But you can't really guess about being pregnant by symptoms as that is very misleading.

Im in the same boat... I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he did *** inside of me. Ive been on birth control for about 10 months. Now on my placebo pills I have experienced light spotting ranging from bright red and then brown discharge but no period. Im very worried I might be pregnant.. I haven't missed a pill and take it everyday (around the same time for 10 months). Can some one help

FYI, you never get a 'real' period when on the pill as the way the pill works is that it prevents you from ovulating.  It's always just spotting when you take the off pills or sugar pills.  If you take the pill and do so correctly, I'd not worry about a little difference in the bleeding/spotting you experience during your 7 day sugar pill rest. good luck
