In addition to a missed period, the earliest signs and symptoms of pregnancy might include:Tender, swollen breasts. Early in pregnancy hormonal changes might make your breasts tender, sensitive or sore.Nausea with or without vomiting. Increased urination. Fatigue. Food aversions or cravings. This comes closer to your case. The thing with HPK are not 100% sure. the only way to be sure is to go to a clinic. This is to avoid the anxiousness that you currently have. Your symptoms to me looks like you are pregnant. With also the 2 months that you have missed your periods. Especially if you are the type of person who receives periods on the exact day. You should no longer be staying at home with all this doubt. Go and see a doctor. So that you start your medical check up soon. I am also sorry for the miscarriage. I hope you came out stronger from that episode. Also for the PCOS and tubal ligation. Hope that they were all sorted out. If you really are expecting. I am wishing you all the best dear. If not, let it not discourage you.
