As I already read in Scarleteen, it is impossible to get pregnant that way because in order to have a real pregnancy risk, there should be a direct genital to genital transfer of semen because sperm is too weak in indirect transfers specially in precums where there are basically lower counts of sperms (even none) that could've died easily
Ok, so getting pregnant from pulling out is about 4% of women, per year (when done correctly) according to a chart on my birth control info. The reason for getting pregnant when using the pulling out method is most likely precum. Now your chances are probably much lower, considering you didn't actually have penetration directly from his penis. So the chances would be, probably much lower than 1% since the 4% is measured on yearly scale. As far as your symptoms go, those are pretty normal period symptoms
Update: I have still been experiencing cramps and also light bleeding but I'm not sure if it's spotting or my period starting? Also another detail, I made him wash his hands before he fingered me but he still could have touched his pre-ejaculate so I'm still scared
