Am I pregnant?

Okay, so I am on the contraceptive pill, I took my pill for a full 21 days as I'm supposed to, I'm then meant to have a 7 day gap when I'm meant to get my period but can shorten it, I only had a 3 day gap so therefore my period didn't show. So after the 3 days I took a pill (Sunday), I then missed a pill (Monday) so took two at once the day after (Tuesday), I then missed another on the Wednesday. Thursday while at work I got slight cramps and a tiny spot of blood. Thursday night my boyfriend and I had sex and he finished inside me which he usually doesn't. I took a pill that night and continuously for the 5 days after. I stopped taking the pill after the 5 days to get my period, however the day after we had sex I had light cramps and spotting. The spotting continued but was fairly heavy and consistent for 5 days. Day 6 my cramps were so severe I was practically doubled over and felt like period pains, my bleeding also became a lot heavier and consistent as well as being a little more red in colour and had quite a few clots as my period usually does. It was a darker colour than my usual period but I'm not sure if it's because I haven't had a period in a while. It was not as much blood as a usual period. I do know that on the pill your period flow can change but I am worried I am pregnant. The Tuesday after we had sex (5 days later) I woke up with a headache and I was extremely dizzy and felt sick. I've spoken to the doctor on the phone and they think I have a viral infection. I've been off work for a week with dizziness, headaches, feeling shaky, and tired, but I'm not more tired than usual I just feel tired from being unwell. I'm not more emotional other than from being so tired and I haven't had any mood swings. Last night I had to go to a&e because I was so drained and shaky and sick and when I got to the hospital I was sick. However the doctor didn't ask if I was pregnant and he also thinks I have a viral infection. They also did urine sample but I don't know if it would've shown on there that I was pregnant. I literally have no symptoms of pregnancy other than dizziness and being tired, but I'm only tired if I've gone out in the day, if I stay at home I feel perfectly normal and not any more tired than usual. I have no changes to my boobs, no more backache than normal and I don't feel like I'm pregnant. I have been dizzy here and there at work in the past few months too so I don't think it's different to normal the only change is that I've been feeling faint and almost collapsing. I've also been fairly drained and felt ill when I've been on my period before so I'm not sure if it's just the affects of that and then fact I haven't had one in a while because I've been taking the pill. I've also done 2 of those ask the doctor online things and both have said it's unlikely I'm pregnant but I'm still worried. Has anyone got any thoughts? :)
