I'm 10 dpo and had some slight cramping a couple of days ago that has now completely stopped I'm having the worst breast pain in one boob and tingling in my nipple so bad i cant even sleep properly it hurts so bad my sense of smell is really strong and I've had some nausea and dizziness when I stand up I've taken a test but got bfn am I testing too early or could this just be af
