Am I pregnant?

Hello, I think I'm pregnant, i have been experiencing symptoms but I haven't had sex my entire life so have I been Sexually Assaulted in sleep or am i just paranoid? I've experienced Breast Growth, Darker skin around the nipples (only on onr of them), veins on my breasts (only one of them again), frequent discharge, some fatigue, and missed my period once or twice... can someone help me b4 i do anything...and if age has anything to do with it im 13 so yeah thanks

Hi there! You're young! Your body is still changing, and your period is not regular yet at 13 (well, It can be regular, but it's totally normal not to be). That's probably why you missed your period. You'd probably have felt something weird, as a virgin, after being sexually assaulted. but, if you're really worried, and have access to pregnancy tests, try taking one, so you can relax (:
