Hi im 13 days late for my period

could i be pregnant...like i said im just now getting over a cold and my period is 13 days late and im cramping and i always feel like im going to throw up

i just took a test it said that it was positive now that i took one i dont feel like i have to throw up just when im around cigarette smoke and now i cant finish a whole meal with out wanting to throw up

If you've been sexually active,  yes,  you could be pregnant.  Do you have access to a pregnancy test?
