Bleeding during pregnancy

The last period I had ended around Dec.9th it was an irregular period I think I bled for 2weeks,I had unprotected sex prior to that and after. A week after the last intercorse I had very light spotting for not even a whole day. Within the last three weeks up until today I haven't bled and had been showing symptoms of pregnancy ex:loss of appetite, morning sickness, nausea anytime of the day, trouble sleeping, mood swing, extra sensitive to smells act. A woman knows her body and I planned on taking a test this week but this morning when I woke up I had a constant shooting pain in my side belly and when I went to the restroom there was blood,im experiencing light to no cramping at all,and the blood is very bright and watery with no clots,as someone who is wanting to get or be pregnant im wondering if this is a normal part of pregnancy or could I be miscarrying? I've been monitoring the blood and cramps and it definitely aren't signs or a normal period

Hi.  Hard to say.  I personally think it is really hard to judge early pregnancy by symptoms.  So many mimic other things.  The pregnancy test is what is necessary.  You'll have your answer once you do that.  As to bleeding, some women do spot.  They might also have a bleed.  However, cramps and bright red blood is a little concerning.  Sure it isn't your period?  good luck

Its definitely not my period the bleeding happens in increments and usually just when I pee....Ive been keeping track and I haven't bled enough to even fill up a pad....
I was once pregnant. Before at a very young age and still had my period for the first 3-4 months but I'm not sure if it was a result of me still being so young....
