I forgot to mention that around that 6 week mark, if you're going to do an at home pregnancy test, do it in the morning. Urine is more concentrated in the morning (your first pee)

It could be possible.. did you have unprotected sex? Did your partner ejaculate inside you? Only time will tell. If you skip your next monthly visit and you're feeling tired, a little queasy, spotting a little (which can mean implantation) your breasts may feel a little sore (mine sure did)
Take a pregnancy test if you miss your next period. If you take it too soon, it may come out a false negative. You need to have enough pregnancy hormones and I believe at 6 weeks there would be enough to tell. I knew I was pregnant despite all my negative pregnancy tests then at 6 weeks the test came back positive =)
