Can I be pregnant?

I have a serious question. 5 day's leading up to intercourse I had been taking fertility pills. We had sex on the 3rd, and i had a little bit of spotting on the 5th which may have been ovulation? Maybe? Every day after that I had a kind of thick white creamy discharge. The 14th, I had another spotting, the 15&16 I had a small amount of brown spotting. Today I bled a little bit. I'm due for my period today, but the bleeding i'm having right now is not heavy and has only happened once throughout today. I was going to test tomorrow, because I've heard that it's sometimes normal to bleed your first weeks of pregnancy. I'm way more bloated than usual, have terrible back aches, and nausea. I am really hoping for a child! What should I do? I really need help.
