Can condom leak from the base and get me pregnant if it didn't brake?

Last  morning I had sex for the first time it was a bit hurtful but ok, I still feel my vagina a little bit stretched. I asked muy boyfriend to pull out before he came, and he did and he came outside of me (or so he says.......) He used a condom all the time, that I know.
After that, while he was still wearing the condom and about to take it off, I saw he was wet at the base of his penis where the condom starts ( you know beat the testicles). Could that be a leak? Or my own lubrication ? We checked with a water to prove the condom and it did not break. I didn't get a chance to take a shower although I did pee and cleaned my vulva with toilet paper.
Could I become pregnant?? I know I must wait until the date when I I get my period and that is on 20 days. So I would really appreciate your insights to know while I wait until the time is right to take a pregnancy test.
It's awful,  because I couldn't enjoy this moment because of the worries afterwards.
Thank you

Oh my goodness.  You had protected sex.  PROTECTED sex means that you used a condom which collected the sperm.  All of it.  The wet could be from you and the lubrication you made.  It's not sperm.  While condoms have a fail rate, it is usually from incorrectly using it or breaking it.  A condom breaking is a catastrophic event meaning it is VERY noticeable.  It bursts.  There is semen everywhere, etc. A hole in a condom emitting sperm is just not reality and a thing of myths.  Condoms are made of material that once it is broken, it splits wide open.

I'm going to suggest that you A. no longer have any sexual activity as this is something that requires a strong frame of mind and maturity even in the best of circumstances.  and B.  seek help for your anxiety.

If I thought you risked pregnancy, I'd tell you to take Plan B or the morning after pill which you can take within 72 hours to prevent pregnancy---  but you didn't risk pregnancy.

good luck

Thank you so much for answering :)
Sorry quick question, I know its super unlikely that I'm pregnant, but I've been having mild cramps yesterday and today, my period is supposed to come on the 17th, is that normal (having cramps so soon, or could it mean something) I still have to wait a couple days for a pregnancy test (if necessary )
Thank you I swear it's the last time I ask anything, just to have closure.
I just feel upset because I've learnt that my family practically bet that I would become pregnant and it feels terrible.
