Can you have implantation bleeding twice?

I had my last period September 26th. I had what I thought was implantation bleeding on the 13th. It only happened after I went potty one time. It was super light and I never had any more bleeding. Well last night (sept. 18th) I had another light spot. At first I thought I was starting my period again, but when I awoke this morning there was no more bleeding, which I highly uncommon for me. Has anyone spotted twice and ended up pregnant? My first thought was maybe twins, but I don't even know for certainty that I'm even pregnant since I haven't had a positive test yet. Both times I spotted fell in the time frame that could mean IB. My period has been so spurratic that I really have no idea when to expect it. The maximum I would think it could come is Friday, maybe Saturday. Any ideas other than just wait and take a test? I already intend to take a test Friday if I haven't started.
