Could I, Or could I not be pregnant??

Hello ladies, I am 32 yrs and old I've had my tubes cut or burned after my last baby who is now 3.  I've always had regular menstrual cycles however two1/2 months ago I went to the bathroom and I bled, but I said how could that be when I had just had a period two week prior, however my normal cycle came on two weeks later and the cycle lasted for 5 days which is the norm for me.  Anyway I had a normal cycle for the month of December however in January I didnt get one at all.  I also have mild lower abdominal pain from time to time, which usually indicates that my period is on the way and will surface in a day or so but still nothing.  The pain that I feel In my lower abdomin is not excruciating at all, it kind of feels like little pin pricks on my stomach from time to time.  I went to the hospital to have a simple precedure done (non relating) about 4wks ago and I was tested for pregnancy but the results were of course negative.  I just couldnt even imagine that I could be pregnant, when I read the statisics they say the chances of getting pregnant with a burned or cut tubes is like slim to none.  I've also been experiencing alot of shoulder pain which I heard could be a sign of an etopic pregnancy.  Do you think I could be pregnant?  Why am I having menstrual like mild abdominal pain but no period?

I had abdominal pain for 20 days before my period which came extremely late.  It could all be caused by stress if you have had a lot of that in anyway.  I'm pretty sure that is what caused me to feel that way.  Hope you find out soon! :). I'm sure if another test comes out negative it's probably related to something else such as the surgery.

I highly doubt that you are pregnant.  Your period oculd be delayed because of the procedure that you just had, sometimes the medication or anestesia will delay it or just plain stress.
There is virtually no way that you could be pregnant unless you have an ectopic pregnancy which would come up on a pregnancy test.
