Could I be pregnant?

If anyone one could help me it'd be great.
I'm 17 years old and have been sexually active. I have also been having protected sex about twice every 3 weeks.
Except about 2 weeks ago the guy i was with unexpectidley cummed on my upper thighs during sexual activity. My periods now 15 days late, though I took a test yesterday and it came out negative.
I've also noticed that I have been getting mucusy looking fluids coming from my vagina throughout the past week and a half.
I've also been unusually depressed throughout the last few days for no reason at all, i dont know if this could be affecting anything.
Should i be worried?

Can anyone help please. I had my cycle on April 09,2015 and which was a normal period for me. On April 29 2015 my cycle came on again which was light and it didnt flow light a norma period and went off on April 30. I took three pregnancy test and came back neg. Am i taking these tests to ealry could I be pregnant in the early stage...

Your body starts to produce hCG when a fertilised egg implants in your uterus (womb). HCG is secreted by the cells which will go on to form your baby's placenta. It can be detected in your urine from about six to 14 days after fertilisation.

Creamy CM is considered non-fertile because it greatly restricts the movement of sperm. Creamy CM can be a pearly white or creamy yellow. It's thick and feels like lotion when rubbed between the fingers.
Sticky or tacky CM is the least fertile. It's thick and chunky and feels kind of like paste or like glue from a glue stick, making it hard for sperm to swim through.
