Could I be pregnant?

Hey guys, I would appreciate your help. I am currently on birth control. Two days after last pill in pack (21 pills in pack), I had intercourse with my boyfriend.  We didn't use condom as we thought that birth control i am taking would be enough, but he didn't ejaculate inside. I didn't get my period in this 7 days, but instead of that I had light spotting that started while I was still taking active pills and this lasted few days, including first days of pause, so when we had sex, I still had some kind of bleeding. I wasn't worried because this already happened to me in past, and doctor told me it's normal. When I am not on bc, my periods lasts for 2-3 days, and on bc they even get lighter and I often have spotting.
Unfortunately, I got strep throat on first day of new pack of bc and doctor prescribed me penicillin injections. I know that antibiotics can have influence on bc,  I wasn't sexually active this days.
The problem is, after 5 penicillin injections, strep throat is gone, but I started feeling bitter metallic taste in my mouth, and mild nausea. Also, my tongue is yellow in color on some parts and I don't know what is the reason. Could this be related to strep throat, or I might be pregnant? :O Honestly, I hope I'm not pregnant, but I wish someone can help me to know what are the chances for that in this situation.

Due to u taking antibiotics and some do make the bc not work u might be. The symptoms u r feel are probably not related but I would do a test just b cuz of the antibiotics. But it can also just be ur body reacting to the pills that's causing the light bleeding.

I did few pregnancy tests till now, they all came negative. First one was 19 days after sexual intercourse, and last one was on November 15th. I also had ultrasound at gynecologist 5 weeks 3 days after sex, and everything looked okay, she said i don't have to do another ultrasound, and that I should continue taking birth control. I also had 2 periods, but I must say that I was taking birth control and they were birth control induced and appeared in 7 days pause between 2 packs of birth control. The thing is... I'm still having nausea from time to time, and I even feel need to vomit sometimes. Also, my ovaries hurt sometimes, and i feel pain in legs and stomach too. I also lost appetite. I thought the reason for nausea is metformin (I take it because of PCOS), but I stopped taking it about a week ago to see if I will feel better and no, it's still the same.
Do I have reason to take another pregnancy test, or I should totally rule out this possibility?

Thanks! The thing is, spotting occurred before I had sexual intercourse, so when it started, it was not the sign of pregnancy, but I still don't understand what it was. I never got normal period, but this spotting just continued and eventually stopped same day I had sex. I started taking antibiotics 4 days after sex happened, and during that week I started feeling bad taste in mouth and nausea (this symptoms started 5-7 days after intercourse, while still on penicillin shoots). I know that sperm cells can survive for a few days, and I wonder if antibiotics weakened effect of new pack pills and if ovulation somehow happened during that week, but then, it would be too early to experience any symptoms. I don't know if it's possible that birth control didn't work last month? I always took it on time and never skipped a pill.

Take a test. No one here can tell you if you're pregnant.
