Could I get pregnant with this breakthrough bleeding ? Or did I not ovulate ?

Hello. My last period was October 28 - November 3rd. I have a regular period. 28 day cycle. I started birth control for the first time November 4th. I had sex unprotected November 4 & 5th & he ejaculated inside of me. I took my pill for the 5th. Missed the 6th so I took two the 7th. I spotted the 7. It stopped the 8th. It was a brown color with a hint of red. I haven't took a pill since the 7th. I had sex the 10th twice. Both times he ejaculated in me. If I was to ovulate I would the 11th. Today I woke up I peed and wiped there was bright blood. Second time I peed there was small clots but they were in clear egg white cervical mucous. Someone told me I breakthrough bleeding for missing my pills. Also that I could've still ovulated because this is my first week of taking them & I only took 4 pills out this week missing one pill and having to double up. Could I end up pregnant ?
