Could I get pregnant?

I had unprotected sex on the 5th of February with the withdraw method, so he didn't finish inside. It was the 4 day of my period. How big are the chances of me getting pregnant?

You can get pregnant any time you have unprotected sex whether he pulls out before ejaculation or not.  It's not a safe or wise practice if you getting pregnant is unwelcome.  The timing is a bit off though as you probably already had ovulated.  But you just don't know for sure---  we can ovulate off our usual schedule out of the blue.  So, wait until your period is due and if it doesn't, take a test. But I doubt you are pregnant in all honesty. good luck and let us know
