Could I still be pregnant?

Hi back in mid March me and the hubby had to go through an abortion :( was very had to do we are still coping. We had the in clinic procedure done mid March at 5weeks along. I also had them start me on the depo shot that same visit.it is now the end of May and I look like I did when I was 16 weeks pregnant with our 10yr old our 8 yr old and our 4 yr old. No heart burn or no nausea but my breasts are still enlarged, but are not growing bigger (from what I can tell) but I still have soreness there. .I've been spotting blood here and there but it's expected on the depo shot. . My weight since the 10 grade was always between 105pounds and 135pounds....never been Bellow or above. I eat right low carbs high protein and workout . I weigh right now at 150pounds. That's not normal for me . My first born my weight was 150 at delivery my 2nd born I was only 135 at delivery and my youngest born at delivery my weight was 139. ...I'm picking up some pregnancy tests tomorrow but was wondering if it's possible to still be pregnant. We did have sex 3 days after the procedure and depo shot was administrated. Could I have become pregnant right away again 3 days after the shot and procedure? ....none of this is normal for me I'm 31 years old 5'2 and my typical weight like is said fluctuates from 105 and 135. I know the depo shot can make you gain weight too but I've been on it before and never had and problems with it affecting my weight. And it's just my stomach thats getting bigger. My aunt even asked me if I was pregnant the other day! Lol ... anybody go through a similar problem?
