Could i still be pregnant after 5 days of bleeding?

Hi everyone. Really hope you can help. I have a 2 year old. Before i got pregnant with him i had a miscarrige, but i got my period exactly a month later,and it lasted the normal 5 days, then exactly a week after it finished i had bleeding again,around the time i was suppose to ovulate, but it lasted only three days, then 3 weeks later i found out i was pregnant again. By the time i saw the doctor he said i was 5 weeks going from the ultra sound but counting from my period, the one that lasted 5 days i was six. Well now i had a period on the 29th August 2005, on the 10th september i started to bleed again, and again around the time i was suppose to ovualte, i wathced it to see how long it would last and its lasted for 5 days, i started puking day after it started and i puked for about 2 days later, i have stopped but i still feel quizy. I was thinking it was either implantation bleeding or ovualtion bleeding am just not sure, i have heard implantation bleeding usually occurs around the time your period is due, but is it possible i could have ovualted earlier than usual so implantation bleeding has occured earlier, or ovualtion bleeding? Has anyone had bleeding for 5 days or more in early pregnancy, after a period to later find out they were indeed pregnant? Please advise :)

hey i was just wondering if you ever found out the answer to this question im 17 about to be 18 and i took a test yesterday bc i have been cramping the last 3 days and i dont usually start till the 21 of every month so its just odd and it came up positive...but now im bleeding and my pee looks clear but when i wipe its blood and i woke up this morning and i have blood clots so do you think im pregnant or what...please email me to Kendall_thomas22***@****

Normal it’s only 3 to 7 days. It’s very irregular and keeps being pushed back every month. I did have unprotected sex but only for less that a minute

Well, since you had unprotected sex, you have to go ahead and test to make sure.  Two weeks after the last time you had unprotected sex is a good time frame to take a HPT.  And then one week after that if it is negative.  If the second one is negative, just chalk it up to irregularity but do use condoms to ensure it doesn't happen in the future. good luck

Well, that's really not enough information to make that determination.  When did you have unprotected sex?  How long is your cycle normally?  And the best way to know is an at home pregnancy test.  Let us know the outcome.

I had an event of menses bleeding for about 4 days and I am 6 weeks along..
I am not sure if I have had a MC or not because I didn't visit the gynae & my appointment with her will be in 3 weeks time & last time I had a MC in 2013, a clot, like the size of a 50cents coin came out, but this time, no, only strings of blood clot discharged along with blood.
I am having those signs of pregnancy, more intensed lately.  Gas, bloatness, headache, a lit bit of nausea...but appetite still huge and I can eat, without any discomfort feeling of vomiting.
I am still hopeful and hope my visit to my gynae soon will not disappoint me.
Anyone who have the same experience, BUT yet have had a healthy pregnancy and baby, do share with me.

I had a miscarriage last year and I found out 4 days ago I'm 1-2 weeks pregnant. The same day I found out I was pregnant I started spitting at first it was normal then I started getting period symptoms like the backache and stomach cramps I lost 1 little clot and its my 4th day of bleeding now and I'm really starting to get worried. I want to do another test but I'm too scared to in case I have had another miscarriage. Can anyone give me some advice just to put my mind at ease

My last period was December 30th, it was normal. My due date for my next period is January 30th. I fainted at my job January 27th. I started feeling light headed, extremely weak and exhausted, headaches, back and abdominal pains, bloated, cramping, tender, sensitive, and soar breasts, also some foods and smells made me sick but no vomit. I had intercourse with my man February 5th and after I went to go use the bathroom, I had a light pink discharge. I honestly had no clue what that was about because it is nothing I have ever seen before. Then I started spotting and then I bled heavy for two days feeling bloated and cramping with the same symptoms and pains everywhere, and now I'm only spotting that I do not even need a pad or tampon. What is going on???

I had a smear pap test on day15 after period next day I had brown discharge which then turned in2 light pink when I wiped. It's lasted 5 days on & off &now iv come on my period 1week early , I'm cramping now & feel very down. This has never happened b4 my partner & I r trying 4 our 2nd baby & it's getting me down. Can anyone help me I though it could have been implantation bleeding but I'm not so sure.

I've been on Depo for quite sometime now and I've missed at least two of my shots but about 3. I'm 6 weeks almost 7 and I was filling out a job application yesterday and I felt a bad pain in my lower tummy. And also had 2 go pee so I went 2 the bathroom and I looked in the toilet and there was blood I freaked out went 2 my dads truck and told him I need 2 go 2 the ER. They took a pregnancy text it came up positive but I new something not good was going on. They took blood 2 check my hormone level. I have a doc apt 2 get it done agin 2day. I'm hoping 4 the best. Please anyone who can help do so cause I've never bleed when I was pregnant not even spotted. O and this is my 5 pregnancy one of them was a stillborn and the other 3 was good pregnancy.

I took 3 pregnancy tests and they were all positive!!! I went to my doctor the next AM and she felt inside me and said "wow your pregnant!" But then their preg test came in negative! :/ I have EVERY EVERYYY symptom!!! I carried twins(2boys) for 6 months and lost and gave birth to then at 25 weeks or so and they didn't make it! :( ... That was December the 6th, this past December... We have been trying ever since, I have been checked and everything (insides body and all are all good!) so there's no reason that I can not conceive.. I'm very exited but also confused and don't want to get my hopes up!! :/ someone pleaseeeee help! My husband and I are so confused and want to know what's happening !! How can I have 3 positives? U can only have positives if u have that specific hormone so I don't get it.. and the doctor said I'm pregnant by feeling inside me I mean she should know of all ppl she is an obgyn!! i dont know what is going on with me at all. I am 8weeks, nearly 9 weeks and i started bleeding last week. Ive had 4 miscarriages in the past but i also have 3 healthy kids. With both of my boys i had spotting, 1 was heavier than the other so i had to go to an early pregnancy scan. The baby was fine. This time i havent been to a gp yet at all. The bleeding started as spotting but then it got a lot heavier and i thought it was a miscarriage. However during the bleeding and after it i did a pregnancy test and they all came back positive. Now the bleeding has completely stopped and i am still feeling pregnant but i am usually very sick during pregnancy and ive had none of that. I guess i will go and get medical help but i am avoiding it as i would rather miscarry at home than go into hospital. I also had a molar pregnancy about 7 years ago. Each miscarriage and pregnancy ive ever had has been different. Ive miscarried at home naturally and ive also had to have a d and c because the tissue inside has started to rot and my body wasn't registering or miscarrying. Alls i would say is, go and get medical help and although miscarriage is devastating its quite often caused by one bit of the featus not developing properly. I nearly always miscarry when my body isnt strong enough for pregnancy. I am a true believer in things happen for a reason. Equally though its a great relief to find that your baby is ok and beating the odds. Your body is a bizare thing and you can bleed for masses of different reasons, some serious, some not so serious but its always best to seek medical attention for it.

I have a question too. My periods are usually on track but this month I started spotting 2 days before I was suppose to start my period and it lasted 4 days and its day 5 and I'm bleeding heavier. If its my period its late but I hope its not cause I've been trying to get preg for months now. Help?
