Are these early pregnancy signs?

Ok so I don't know if this is the early signs or not, my husband and I havent necessarily been trying but we havent been careful either (no condoms no pills just pull out). According to my period and ovulation tracker, we were unprotected on cycle days 12-16. Then the following week i started to get mild cramping and incredible mood swings. On day 21 I was at work and noticed some very red spotting once during the day but not anything else again. It is now day 24 and I've broken out with acne and I feel bloated. For anyone else, that would seem like PMS, but I rarely to never get PMS symptoms--I don't get moody and I dont cramp and I never had acne not even as a teenager. I've also never in the 12 years I've been menstrating had spotting in the middle of my cycle. I tried researching and almost everything says this is implantation bleeding. Its too early to test (my cycles are generally 30 days), but I wanted to know what others think? Is it implantation, and if not, what else could cause that? Thank you

How about taking a test?  A simple home test will alleviate your concern.  Symptoms of pregnancy really don't show immediately like that though.  The symptoms result from a build up of hormones from the pregnancy which takes a little bit of time. Women usually have morning sickness beginning in weeks 6 or 7 on average for this reason.  good luck
