HELP: Fingering with possibility of precum on fingers

Okay, so my boyfriend and I were fooling around and I started licking him down there. He didn't ***, and we decided to stop and relax. We washed up, then ate lunch. Afterwards, we fooled around again, with him fingering me. I eventually fingered myself, as well. He never came once the entire day, and we were fully clothed.

I'm 7-9 days delayed and worried. I have anxiety and it's stressing me out. My brain says that I should be fine, but my anxiety is freaking me out with "What ifs". Please help. Should I be worried? I've also been stressed at work btw to give context.

You can not get pregnant from sperm or precum o fingers in the vagina.  A penis needs to enter your vagina for pregnancy.

Hi, thanks so much for answering my question. I have bad anxiety, and this helped me breathe a lil bit easier. I'm still late for 10 days, so I'm still a bit stressed and paranoid.

Your period should come any time.  Don't worry.  You are not pregnant from fingering.  good luck

UPDATE: Hi specialmom, so I am 16 days late, and have done 6 pregnancy tests within tge last 3 days--all came out negative. (My anxiety spurred me to have it tested.) I am relieved, but also wondering why I still have no period. I've never missed a period from what I can remember, although I have only started tracking last December 2017. Last month has been very stressful, though. Could that be it?

if all you have done is fingering, then it can be anything but your activity as you can't get pregnant from that.  Stress is one of the reasons that periods can be late.
