HELP!

Ok, I started my period Oct 16th got my first depo shot oct 17th. Been having brownish-pink spotting every since. My husband started having unprotected sex oct 20th and have been since. The last week I have been nauseous and having heart burn that comes and goes irregardless of what I eat. Is there anyway I could be pregnant??
