Could I be pregnant?

So I’ve been on Junel Fe for about 4 years now, and I take this at the same time everyday, never missed or skipped a pill. I was on the iron week from September 16 to 22. I had sex without a condom for the first time on September 21, but he peed beforehand and didn’t finish inside me. We also used spermicide. Within the past two days, I’ve been getting light cramps (nothing compared to my normal period) and slight nausea here and there. I also had brown-ish yellow discharge yesterday but no abnormal discharge today. I am concerned because I didn’t get these side effects (except for some occasional light cramps) on the pill before this sexual encounter. Is there a possibility that I might be pregnant, or am I just overthinking things?

Your hormones could simply be wacked out.  You can take a pregnancy test that is accurate about 2.5 weeks after the sex that you had.  I'm guessing it will be negative hon.  Let me know, okay?

I think you are overthinking things.  I WILL say that peeing before sex does nothing to prevent pregnancy so that didn't help.  And the penis does emit small amounts of sperm when in the vagina prior to the full ejaculation and that is enough to get you pregnant.  However, it is less likely if he ejaculated outside of you. Even less likely since you were on the pill. And even less less likely since you then used spermicide. That's three things that make this very unlikely.  I don't know why you are having those symptoms but would guess it is not due to pregnancy.  Any std history with your boyfriend?

Thank you for responding! We’re both each other’s firsts, so I would think nothing would be there STD-wise, but we haven’t been tested to rule anything out.
