I don't have a period, but no postive pregnancy test either?

15 days since natural IUI (no added meds). My symptoms: mild cramping on and off, but at least a little bit each day, for last five or six days, which moves around in my lower abdomen and back, darkened nipples with raised bumps, peeing at night when I never did before, excess hunger and craving odd foods like celery, no period, but no positive test either? The doctor told me it should show up by day 14 after the IUI. What could cause this? Either I am not pregnant, but have weird cramping and symptoms, or, I am pregnant, but my HcG levels are not rising? The tests say that they are 99% accurate from the day of my missed period, yesterday. I am also currently suffering a low grade fever because of a strep infection (fighting with antibiotics and tylenol), hope that's not messing things up? I will call my doctor on Monday, but am hoping someone has some thoughts prior to that so I don't go crazy!!

Ah, this is always really hard.  We can be late.  That's usually the case when our period doesn't show up and the pregnancy test is negative.  Those tests are really accurate.  However, some women don't trigger the pregnancy test for some reason.  If you had IUI, are they doing blood work to see if you are pregnant?  That's really what needs to happen at this point.  Did you call your doctor yet?  I'd love to know what they said!
