I swallowed semen then he touched himself then me

So I was on my fertile window  (in two weeks i should have my period). I just want to make sure I didn’t do something stupid.
There was no penis near vagina. I gave him oral sex and swallowed his semen. Then he fingered me, way deep. I think he might have touched himself before fingering me.. like to put his penis back in his pants, we even kinda hold hands for a second. But I can’t remember it was late and dark.
I think that can’t get me pregnant.. but I want to be sure. I don’t think plan B is necessary in this case.. do you? I just don’t want to deal with the side effects. Also I don’t want to have a baby.
We haven’t had vaginal sex yet because we don’t want to have any pregnancy risks. We have already tested negative for stds

You can't get pregnant in the way you describe.  A penis has to be in the vagina.  Please educate yourself on this so that you can prevent pregnancy.  Buy some condoms or get on the pill.  If you live in the United States, Planned Parenthood is a good resource and clinic that can provide birth control for you should you have intercourse.  But no penis near vagina and fingering does not lead to pregnancy.  good luck
