If sperm is mainly dry on the finger could I still be pregnant from fingering?
Almost a month ago I gave my boyfriend a handjob and when he came we both got *** on our hands, but we took a t shirt and both wiped our hands off with it so it wasn't like my hand or his was dripping in semen or anything, they seemed dry. Then about 10-20 minutes later he fingered me and now I am worried that sperm from his fingers may have gotten inside me. It happened 3 days before I was supposed to ovulate so that is my major concern and I still haven't had my period yet for this month, but have been experiencing slight bloating and tender breasts, which also alarms me. This may be a dumb question but could I be pregant if sperm/semen got on his hand but he wiped it off pretty thorouhly then waited 10-20 minutes then fingered me three days before i was supposed to ovulate? I just need to know if any sperm still couldve been alive and got inside me. Any answer will be helpful thank you!
Okay guys all of you just relax. Once sperm is dried, it dies. So there is no way you could get pregnant from getting fingered with dry sperm.

I've also been getting mild cramps for the last few days, and tender breasts. Is this due to my period or pregnancy? I'm also wondering whether I should take a pregnancy test. Someone please reassure me and tell me the truth, I'm very very worried!
Hello, I'm very worried that I might be pregnant due to the same reasoning. Me and my boyfriend were fooling around when he got semen on his fingers... We didn't do anything after that for a while- I'd say it was maybe 30-45 mins after, until he fingered me with the same hand. During this time he didn't wash his hand at all nor wipe it off, he just let it dry naturally. We didn't think anything of it at the time but now I am paranoid I'm pregnant. I'm a day late of my period, and it happened around two days before I was due. Someone please please reply and give me a straight answer, I can't stop panicking!
it's possible, but very unlikely. the delayed period might just be from stress or unbalanced hormones.

Those are not beats, it’s something normal in our bodies, idrk what do we call them, but they’re like beats. We have them everywhere in our body..at the beginning I thought the same way you did, I thought it was a heart beat or something..I was soooo scared, but then I thought..the baby’s heart won’t start beating that early. And when I asked my mom what is it she made me touch hers and she said see? It’s normal and everyone has it. So don’t worry.

And also it wasn't exactly a month ago when I ovulated, more like 3 weeks and 3 days, at the end of July and now it is mid August. But like I said this is just going off a period tracking app on my phone and i and always irregular so I don't know the accuracy
According to the free app on my iPhone I am 10 days late. I don't know how accurate the app is plus I do not ever have regular periods to begin with so the app never really helps me and that's why I am so unsure, because I don't even know if I have actually missed my period yet and an freaking out over nothing! But I will keep you posted
Sperm OUTSIDE the body dies as soon as the semen (the liquid containing the sperm) is dry.

HOWEVER - if you were supposed to ovulate a month ago and still have not had your period, it sounds like you are late. Do you know how many days late you are? There are pregnancy tests that detect pregnancy up to 5 days BEFORE you are supposed to start your period and they are pretty accurate. Six and a half years ago I used one about five days before I was supposed to menstruate and it detected my pregnancy - we were trying to get pregnant and I just couldn't wait! If they were that accurate back then, I am sure the technology is even better now.
Like I said, sperm die after about 20 minutes when not inside a body (either his or yours) PLUS you both had wiped it off, so the odds are slim However, it only takes that ONE live sperm to do the trick. SO - I would take a pregnancy test if I were you...just to be sure.

Ok thank you! We're usually very careful, I'm just Worried now because of the whole ovulation thing and not having my period yet but i hope it's being delayed because of stressing out about it so much. And I forgot to mention I recently had a UTI about a week and a half ago so could that delay a period also?
