I'm technically pregnant

I am 29 yrs old and am trying to get pregnant ,  my last normal period was march 4 th to 7 th, and are heavy , well I had sex before and after .  I  was suppose to have a period on April 2 and but I had spotting on march 29 th to 31 at when it stopped mid morning .    Well I haven't bleed any tell yesterday and its spotting witha pinkish red color .   So my family doc did a pregnancy test a blood test and it came negative but they didn't say how much hog level I had.   But he says with the symptoms I have he thinks im pregnant.  I've had had all the symptoms of pregnancy like gained 5 pounds and nauseous , very tired and headaches , with a little cramping off and on where the uterus is.   Plus my skin looks darker.  Breast tenderness , , so I feel I'm pregnant and am trusting my body .   Plus I am wondering if I could be having another molar pregnancy like I had in 2007.  With that I felt nauseous , and that was it.   This is my second marriage and feel I'm pregnant , the ob doc didn't want to really spend time with me so I am getting another opinion on Monday the 29 th of april .   So with trusting my body I feel im pregnant .    Also with my first marriage and pregnancy I had a blood pregnancy test done in 2007 of July it was negative and did another one at the end of aug of 2007 it ws positive .    So trusting my body .
Any advice .

it sounds to me like you are pregnant. your body is probably not producing enough of the hormone for the test to pick it up. and yeah I would definitely go get another opinion. but good luck with everything and I hope everything turns out like you want it to.
