Implantation Bleeding?

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me. I can't remember when my last period was but I know they always come regularly and are always a medium/heavy flow. I had unprotected sex on the 3rd of May and he ejaculated inside me. It is now 4 days later and this morning I woke up to very light bleeding, because I can't remember when my period was I'm wondering if this is it or implantation bleeding. I cramped in my lower abdomen the few days after sex which I don't usually get on a period. The bleeding is very light pink, faded and has turned brown on my panty liner. When I wipe its a bit more prominent but there's still not much there it's nothing like my usual period blood. I'm even wearing a panty liner because it is so light. Can someone please tell me if this could be implantation bleeding or if this may be anything else x

When I had implantation bleeding, I didn't even have to wear a panty liner. When I wiped, there was a little bit of blood. Hardly any.  Only happened once, & I never bled again! Good luck

You won't know for sure for awhile when you can take a pregnancy test.
