Is my girlfriend in the clear from pregnancy?

I'll start off by saying I might be a little paranoid/concerned. My girlfriend has been having stomach issues for the past two months. Shes been constantly nauseous and only gets hungry when she smokes weed. Theres also a naging pain on one side of her stomach and her belly looks swollen (Pregnant like)  We've been to the ER twice, had imaging done. Been to a primary care, then to an OB-GYN, then had a transvaginal ultrasound around two days ago and it showed no abnormalities. Now they referred her to a GI doctor. I keep on having this nagy feeling she might be pregnant even though we only fool around (Worried about pre-*** and fingers), had her period (Enough to stain sheets.. women don't confuse their period with anything right?). With all the doctors, imaging, and the ultrasound (At around week 7), they would've caught it right?

Had she been pregnant, they'd have noticed at her exams.  A trans vaginal ultrasound would have revealed.  Precum on fingers also is not a pregnancy risk.  A penis has to enter the vagina for pregnancy.  So, no she's not pregnant.
