Is my girlfriend pregnant

We haven’t actually had sex in 6 and a half months but when we did we used contraception (pill) and I always pulled out in time. I know this is going to just sound like paranoia but she thinks she might Be pregnant. She’s had her period on time every month and hasn’t shown any other signs ( growing belly etc) other than generally feeling ill sometimes and also today she woke up with stomach cramps and a few panic attacks ( her period is due soon) some important information: she has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and has only received therapy as help. My suspicion is that this is just mensural pains but she has managed to convince herself that these are pains you get during pregnancy. She is a very small slight woman and is frequently ill anyways. All of this talk from her has recently got my mind racing and has me wondering if the possibility. Can someone please put both of our minds at rest

Well, it is the stuff of tv shows for someone to be 6 and a half months pregnant and not know it. It's really unlikely.  She'd likely be showing and have other signs.  It is probably more likely to go unnoticed in a heavy woman than a petite woman.  She can do one of two things though which include taking a home pregnancy test right now or going to see her doctor and doing a test at the doctors office.  Once she has done that, it is time to get to work on her mental health.  It's really not fair to you to be constantly up and down based on her emotional state.  She has a responsibility to work on it.  I am very glad she is in therapy and perhaps she needs to start or change her medication.  Psychosomatic illness or things like stomach aches due to anxiety are common but the key is to address the anxiety as fully as she can.  Is she working with a psychiatrist?  I'm sure this is hard on you both.

Thank you very much she’s going to the doctors tomorrow
I have known people improve their mental state with a regime of regular vigorous exercise. It's worth a try.
