Is there any chance I could be pregnant?

Hello. I'm 17 and I had protected sex with my boyfriend around my ovulation, 4 days ago. He didn't come inside. I've been having a watery discharge which is quite uncomfortable and a lot, and I'm not too sure if it's normal or not because I'm never really paying attention, but it feels like a lot. Also, I've been having light cramping (like period cramps). Is there any chance I am pregnant? *i'm not stupid, I'm asking because there are chances that condomns aren't effective. I am assuming the sexual act and I strongly believe that if two people are deciding to have sex they are responsabls for their actions.

Personally, i dont think you are. When is your next period? It sounds like you'll be starting soon if theres light cramping. Then again sometimes if i have sex i start to cramp afterwards or my discharge changes slightly. If you are a week late or more then i would worry. But you used protection  and he didnt come inside. So i think you should take a deep breath and just calculate your period. I would suggest doubling up with birth control. There are a lot of options for b.c. for yourself, but use condoms with it.
