Late Period, Light Flow, No PMS

Hi, my cycle is usually 29-30 days and it is day 32 and no sign of my period. There was some blood flow this morning but it was so light that it didn't even reach my liner. It also stopped after a few hours and I haven't seen and traces of blood since. I don't have my usual PMS symptoms which are sore breasts and cramps. But I do feel really tired, and I have body pains that are bad enough to wake me up when I'm sleeping. My mood swings were also very violent over the weekend. I also get nauseous a lot and feel really bloated so I can't properly hydrate myself.

My boyfriend and I had protected sex about 3 weeks ago and he used a condom and pulled out as well.

I'm also under a lot of stress and I haven't been eating of sleeping well.

I know that it's very unlikely that I'm pregnant, but should I take a pregnancy test? When should I take it, if ever? And what else could be wrong with me.

My boyfriend and I have agreed to go to an OB-GYN or take a HPT if I still don't have my period by Monday but it would be nice to get some insights from other people.

Decided to take the test sooner than planned and (unsurprisingly) I got a negative result. Not really planning on having a baby but any result would have been accepted with open arms. Blood flow is also regular now which is good. Thanks for the feedback and I hope my experience can help out anyone in a similar situation.

I would take onee anyways. Stress could cause a late period.  Tests are 6 dollars so I would weigh that option 1st.
