Maybe preg way late negative tests bloated

Iv always been very regular with my periods give or take 2 to 3 days. I'm 2 weeks late today and iv had about 6 negative tests. I keep reading its highly unlikely I'm pregnate however I can't figuer out what's going on. I had mild cramping about 5 days ago and though I was about to get my period but all I got was one tiny drop of dark blood and after that nothing. I feel bloated not like gas bloated just like my tummy under my belly button were my uterus is is full! Iv also been more tired and hungrier than usual. Small change in appetite. But idk what to think since I took another test this morning and it was still negative. Also more discharge than usual.

I am 3 weeks late now and still receiving negative test's. I went to my doctor a few days ago and explained what is happening so she did another hpt. I requested a blood test but she refused and said that there's no way those test are wrong. I turn 20 I'm a week but am still on my mothers insurance and she refuses to switch my doctor. I have been extreamly tired tender breasts going to the bathroom more frequently basically every symtom but nausea. So since my doctor is an idiot idk were to turn from here.

Go get a blood test done, that test is more accurate than those pee on a stick
